About Mrs. C
Welcome to Mrs. C’s Grilled Cheese! I am Sarah, you can call me Mrs. C. This is the culmination of years of dreaming about having my own high-quality Grilled Cheese food trailer. I’ve had the amazing fortune of bringing this dream to reality with the help of Eli and Robyn, the original owners of this beloved business. In November of 2024, I took a bite out of my grilled cheese dream by buying the trailer and business from them, and relocating it a bit further north in Central Michigan. Yes, I still plan to cover much of the same area and will be expanding significantly in geography, even going to Michigan’s Upper Peninsula starting in the summer of 2025. Like the previous owners, I can never do anything just halfway, so with the help of my husband Dave, some great friends with food trucks and trailers, amazing food suppliers, and Shannon a friend who is a great chef, we are bringing Mrs. C’s back in 2025. You will find most all of the same high-quality items and ingredients now with my flare, which I believe you are going to love. I couldn’t be more excited!

I will specialize in serving up delicious comfort foods with a gourmet twist, complete with a variety of sides for you to experience! You will soon see I am adding a breakfast menu, my own new twists on the lunch and dinner grilled cheese, and a new star on the menu for dessert! I look forward to serving you my delicious food and sharing smiles throughout Central Michigan and beyond.
In addition to farm markets, festivals, and other traditional foodie events, I will also have Mrs. C’s Grilled Cheese available for private bookings!
