About Us

We are Eli and Robyn, a husband and wife team, who were both born and raised in Adrian, Michigan.

In 2022, we celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary! We never do anything just half-way, so in the Spring of 2023, we decided to embark on a brand new adventure and gift each other a food trailer business!   That’s when Mrs. C’s Gourmet Grilled Cheese+ mobile eatery was born, and we couldn’t be more excited!

We are a brand new gourmet grilled cheese food trailer based out of Adrian Twp, Michigan. We look forward to serving you some delicious food and sharing smiles throughout Lenawee County and beyond.
